We want you to be totally satisfied with your order and product that you buy from us. If in ANYWAY you are not satisfied then we ask you contact us.

Please include the following details:

Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your email address

You MUST include the order number as this will help us find your order to process your request.

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products.  Please do the following if you wish to avail of this:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods via email or telephone.
• Explain the problem to one of our members of staff, this will ensure that the same problem will not happen again.
• We will then send a delivery driver to pick up the product and replace it with a like for like product.

Alcoholic Products
Although we do sell Champagne on our web site we CAN NOT sell this on its own. This must be purchased with a non-alcoholic product. If we receive an order for just champagne we will cancel the order and refund your credit card immediately.

Payment Problems
If for some reason you have made a mistake on your order and this has been processed then don't worry.  Simply contact us, explain the problem and we will rectify it. If you wish to cancel your order then thats no problem.  Just contact us before the order has been shipped and we will cancel it.

Returning a gift?
You'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which can be used at any time toward your purchases at the flowershop.ie. The gift certificate will be mailed to you at the same address to which the order was shipped.

Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at flowershop.ie. This does not apply if the promotion has expired.
