I also found Flowershop.ie on the web and have used them on numerous occassions. EVERY delivery went off without a hitch. I cannot but praise Flowershop.ie enough! The product, the friendly staff on the phone, the professionalism of the website, everything!By far the best thing is the confirmtion by SMS, from a customer point of view. You can not help but smile when you know for definite the flowers have been delivered! Very clever website too. I particularly like the way you have the review rating defaulting to "Excellent" !!! Is that arrogance? - I think not. Is that confidence in your product? and your service? I think so! It's also a really clever way of getting your customer satisfaction rating up!But hey? you are doing such a great job anyway, the last thing you need to worry about is customer satisfaction. You guys exceed in it! and what's great is you GUARANTEE it. Keep up the good work. Oh and by the way, My granny, my Mum, and my beautiful wife love you guys to bits!

Found Flowershop.ie on the web and ordered a bouquet for my friend. She called me to say that the flowers where beautiful and must have cost a fortune. I requested Lillie's and pink roses and that is what she got. She had many people who passed her office and admired them. I am very pleased with the value for money, the email back and the text saying the flowers where delivered and I think the €8.00 charge is very reasonable. I certainly will be adding this site to my favorites and telling others about it. I wish you all the success and hope you maintain your standards and professionalism.
